US Domestic Shipping
I currently ship all orders within the US for free. Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of purchase via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships.
All original artwork is shipped with signature confirmation to ensure you art arrives to your safe and sound. This means that a person will need to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
International Shipping
I do not currently ship internationally from this website. However, international orders can be placed through my Etsy shop here
Returns
I want you to be thrilled with your new art! I do my absolute best to show all artwork accurately, but please understand that colors do vary from screen to screen. If color accuracy is a concern, please feel free to contact me so we can further discuss your questions and concerns prior to purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me at sarah@sarahbecktel to discuss options for your return and refund. Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
If your purchase was damaged in transit, please email me at sarah@sarahbecktel.com within 7 days of delivery. Damaged prints, stationery, and gift items will be refunded or replaced. Refunds for damaged original artwork will be processed after artwork is returned.
Photos showing proof of damage will be requested before your return can be processed. A return address label will be provided at no cost for all returns.
